Features & Functionality

Sheet2Shop syncs your Google Sheet in real-time with your online store. Add products in your sheet, and they instantly appear in your store. When orders come in, they're automatically recorded in your sheet with all customer details.

Our free plan includes unlimited product display, order collection, Google Sheets integration, and email notifications. Paid plans (starting at $9/month) add multiple stores, priority support, and enhanced features. All plans allow you to handle payments your way.

Free plan users can create 1 store, Lite plan ($9/month) users can create 1 store with premium features, and Pro plan ($19/month) users can create up to 3 stores. Each store gets its own mysheet2shop.com subdomain and dashboard.

Sheet2Shop focuses on order collection, not payment processing. You handle all payments directly with customers using your preferred methods - cash, bank transfer, mobile money, or any system that works for your business. This gives you complete control and flexibility.

You receive instant email notifications when customers submit orders, and all order details are automatically recorded in your Google Sheet. This ensures you never miss a customer request and can follow up quickly.

Technical & Setup

Most merchants launch their store within 15 minutes. Simply connect your Google Sheet, choose a template, and customize your store settings. Your products will sync automatically.

Currently, all stores use mysheet2shop.com subdomains (e.g., yourstore.mysheet2shop.com) with automatic HTTPS security. Custom domain integration is not available in the current version.

We provide ready-to-use templates for your product sheet. At minimum, you need columns for product name, price, and description. You can add more details like SKU, inventory, variants, and images.

We use secure HTTPS connections and Google's OAuth system for authentication. Your Google Sheet data remains private, and we only access the product and order information you authorize for your store.

Your product data is always safe in your Google Sheet.

Pricing & Billing

We offer three plans: Free ($0/month for 1 store), Lite ($9/month for 1 store), and Pro ($19/month for 3 stores). All plans include unlimited product display and order collection. You handle all customer payments directly.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for subscription payments. You can choose monthly or annual billing, with annual plans offering a discount.

No. We never charge transaction fees because we don't process payments. You handle all customer payments directly using your preferred methods. We only charge the simple monthly subscription fee for premium plans.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact support within 30 days of payment for a full refund.

Store Customization

Free plan includes professional templates optimized for sales. Paid plans add premium templates with advanced customization options for colors, fonts, layouts, and custom CSS.

Currently, all plans include Sheet2Shop branding on the website. White-label/branding removal features are not available in the current version of the platform.

Custom pages are not available in the current version. Your website focuses on product display and order collection using our professionally designed templates.

The order submission forms are designed for optimal conversion and include standard fields for customer information and product requests. Custom form fields are not available in the current version.

Multilingual support is not available in the current version. All templates and interfaces are in English.

Analytics & Reporting

You can add Google Analytics to track website visitors and order submissions. The platform provides basic order collection analytics showing you how customers interact with your store.

You can integrate basic tracking tools like Google Analytics. Advanced marketing integrations and custom scripts are not supported in the current version.
